Her books continue to draw praise and rave reviews, some of which are posted on her website.

Joyce enjoys speaking with book groups, at library events, and book festivals. She offers workshops on topics that range from the craft of writing to researching for historical novels. Joyce is an unabashed Francophile who also enjoys ballroom dancing, RVing and overseas travel, yoga, visiting with her family, and taking classes in almost anything she has not tried.

Writing as Elizabeth Elson, Joyce has ventured into the world of Ebooks with her series on Women in History. Elizabeth’s carefully researched books uncover the amazing lives of women who managed to carve out their own remarkable destinies while living in the shadow of powerful men. Elizabeth’s biographical fiction exposes the heartbreak, romance, and little-known facts of these unforgettable personalities. Click here to learn more.
